DualEdge is a personal project — a stock research and analysis tool built and maintained by one person. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

1. What DualEdge is

DualEdge organizes technical and fundamental market data into momentum scores, setup signals, and historical backtests. It's built for research and learning. See Methodology for exactly how each number is calculated, and Strategy Library for how each setup is defined.

DualEdge is not financial advice. Nothing on this site — a momentum score, a setup signal, a backtest result, or anything else — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. It does not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, or goals, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial advisor. Backtested results describe how a setup performed historically on specific tickers over a specific period — they do not predict future performance. Trading and investing involve real risk of loss. Any decisions you make using this site are your own.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account.
Provide an accurate email address — it's how account-related issues (like a security notice) would reach you.
One account per person. Don't create accounts to abuse rate limits or other protections on the site.
You can request account deletion at any time — see Privacy Policy for how.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the site at high volume, or automate access in a way that degrades it for other users.
Attempt to access another user's account or data, or probe the site for security vulnerabilities without permission.
Use the site for anything illegal, or to redistribute its data/signals as your own commercial product without permission.

4. Data sources

Market data comes from third parties (Yahoo Finance, Financial Modeling Prep). DualEdge doesn't control their accuracy, uptime, or completeness, and data can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. Don't treat any single data point on this site as guaranteed accurate without independent verification, especially before making a financial decision based on it.

5. No warranty

DualEdge is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This is a personal project, not a commercial product with an uptime guarantee or support SLA. Features can change, break, or be removed as the site is developed further.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DualEdge and its creator are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to trading decisions made using information shown here, site downtime, or data errors.

7. Changes

These terms, and the site itself, can change over time. If these terms change in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Termination

Accounts that violate the acceptable-use section above can be suspended or removed.
